	Intelligent, sincere, creative, and fun-spirited, are all words that appropriately describe Jamila A. Powell, Esq. Jamila was born in Columbus, Ohio, but was raised in Columbia, Maryland. She attended the Pennsylvania State University, where she majored in International Business with a concentration in Business Logistics, and minored in Mandarin Chinese. She spent a year abroad in Beijing, China studying the language and culture. Immediately upon her return to the United States, she began her journey into the legal field. Jamila began studying law at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. After completing her studies and earning her Juris Doctor, she moved to sunny Miami, Florida. She began her legal career at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office as an Assistant State Attorney, a job that was both satisfying and rewarding. From there she went in to private practice, and currently is employed as an Attorney Advisor, with the federal government. Her past travels, and intensity for life, have enhanced her ability to bring together people from diverse cultures who also share her appreciation for events that are unique.

	Joie de Vivre- (“the joy of living”) is a phrase that aptly describes Rochelle Mukiza-Gapere, Esq. Rochelle was born in Washington D.C. to a Jamaican mother and a Ugandan father. Raised in Kingston, Jamaica she completed high school and then moved to Nashville, Tennessee to further her education. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She then moved to beautiful Miami, Florida to pursue her goal of becoming an attorney. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, Rochelle worked in the Domestic Violence Court as a case manager. She is currently employed as an Attorney Advisor with the federal government. Rochelle recognizes that interacting with key influencers, trendsetters, and corporate decision-makers is best done in a social setting. She believes that the successful networking event results from a combination of an understanding of group psychology and an application of organizational skills. She adeptly applies both, along with her lifelong exposure to different cultures to staging events; ensuring that guests not only have fun at her Premier Events but also leave enriched by the experience. Her enjoyment of the written word and world travel, along with her experiences within the social scene in far-flung places around the world, work together to inform her approach to pulling off a successful event. The unrestrained joy of a Caribbean Carnival combined with the elegance of an Ocean Drive Soiree …. Truly the Entertainment Experience of a lifetime.

	Daniela Backer was born and raised in sunny south Florida. She is often known for her contagious smile and lively personality. She enjoys meeting new people and treating them as old friends. She desires to travel the world and learn about different people and culture. Daniela is a first generation American born to Haitian parents. She was taught the importance of receiving a higher education at an early age. She attended Florida Atlantic University where she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. Thereafter, she attended St Thomas University where she received her Juris Doctor, as well as, her Master of Science degree in Sports Administration. Daniela began her legal career practicing family law within the private sector. She enjoyed helping others in the community, but now serves in the public sector where she affects the lives of thousands as an attorney for the federal government.
